im trying to import a file into V1. Swift freezes just after the importation has comenced. I have to ctr-alt-del out of it. The File is a jpg which i have converted to eps using photoshop and freehand. Both have the same problem. The file is only small (150*150 pixels). I have reinstalled swift. I can import the erain sample eps file. but nothing else.

no it wont coz any problem. she needs to have a valid AP and that it. She need not stamp her H1b. I did it the same away.

Hi guys,

I want to dynamically load any .xaml file which had 3D object. Now I am selecting one sample .xaml file using opendialog box. I rendered the Content to the window. Now I am able to do Zoom and Pan. But I am unable to do rotation.
Pls help me in this.

I am about to file my I-485, EAD and AP in July. My company (ABC) acquired by investment company (XYZ) 2 months back and changed from public company to private company. My company (ABC) is still exists as an same entity and an independent company but name changed from ABC corporation to ABC LLC, my job description is same and still my pay stubs are from ABC corporation and Tax-id is also same. Do I need to file for I-140 and H1B amendments? If yes, when should I do it? While filing I-485 or after filing I-485 or before filing I-485? What is the impact on I-485 if amendment is not filed?

My first H1 was from "Company A" back in 2001. Company A also sponsored me for my green card. In 2005 I transferred my H1 to Company B, however my green card was still sponsored with Company A. I have an approved I-140 and I am waiting on my PD to become current. My H1 is suppose to get renew in August of 2007, which will be through Company B.
I have heard that after 6 years renewal, your current H1 company should have sponsored you for green card in order to get the 7th year H1. And as you can see in my case that my previous company has sponsored me for my
H1 and not my current company.
Can someone put some light on this issue.

Someone told me that I-140 have to be applied 45 days from PERM approval ? Otherwise PERM will get cancelled. Is that true. Can anyone help here.

Thank you. I checked it out. My nephew (7yrs) also plans to come for 3 weeks with my in laws. He has never been to the US before, and his parents are not coming either. The site mentioned that parents visa papers also have to be attached, I am not sure what this means. (His parents have never applied for the visa)

USCIS has not extended its temporary accommodation for delays in the labor condition application (LCA) process. Earlier, USCIS agreed to accept H-1B petitions without a certified LCA, in certain situations, for a limited time. This exception was available from November 5, 2009 to March 9, 2010. The USCIS has declined to extend this exception. Accordingly, all H-1B petitions must be filed with the certified LCA otherwise USCIS will deny the H-1B petition or extension.
Hence, it again is necessary to have an Approved LCA in place for the proper location at the time of the H-1B filing. The reason the exception was not extended is that the DOL assured USCIS that LCAs are being processed within the required seven-day processing time. Now last week monday they (Company A) said they will terminate my visa and will report to USCIS. My new employer has yet not applied for H1B transfer. So i wanted to know how much time do i have left to do it (H1B Trasfer). Suppose Company A filed for visa cancellation on 11th June, Monday. Please let me know if there would be any problem in filing for H1B transfer now as Company A has filed for cancellation before I file for H1B Transfer.
I would appreciate a detiled reply.
